Adults Cosplay will be held on Saturday, and children's will be held on Sunday.
*Adults cosplay requires 80% of the costume being hand made.
If the person applying for the cosplay event is under 18, a legal guardian will need to sign this form as well.
Cosplay Contest Waiver
By signing up for the ValleyCon Cosplay Contest, I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk and release ValleyCon, its organizers, staff, and venue from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the contest. I also grant ValleyCon permission to use photos and videos of my participation for promotional purposes. I understand that my costume and performance must comply with all event rules, including safety and appropriateness guidelines.
